The crystal bowls, rattles, drums, gong and whatever else Cheryl brings, is the container for a healing. The bowls aim to tune your chakras and line up your DNA. They help relax your nervous system and can bring deep peace. And anywhere in-between. For an hour, you will slip into your comfort zone in a recliner chair or on a yoga mat.
