The Logos Method will guide us in strengthening our inner connection, helping us meet the intensity of the year ahead with resilience and clarity.
During this session, we’ll explore how to build a deeper relationship with your nervous system, empowering you to self-regulate through turbulent times. Join us on Feb 13th, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, as we come together to find grounding, strength, and connection in the face of what lies ahead.
Join our monthly gathering in San Mateo and step into 2025 with a renewed focus on your inner world. The way we process the world around us and our internal dialogue profoundly impacts our nervous system. Past traumas and habitual reactions can influence how we navigate the present. As the world continues to move at an overwhelming pace, finding stillness amidst the chaos becomes essential. The Logos Method is designed to help you reconnect with your center and cultivate inner resilience in the face of personal and collective challenges. By deepening your relationship with your nervous system, you’ll gain tools to self-regulate and restore balance when life feels out of control.

During this session, we’ll explore how to build a deeper relationship with your nervous system, empowering you to self-regulate through turbulent times. Join us on January 20th, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, as we come together to find grounding, strength, and connection in the face of what lies ahead.
The start of the new year ushers in significant shifts within our political landscape—shifts that can feel intense and unsettling. In times like these, prioritizing your own well-being is not just important but necessary. Take time to explore tools that help regulate your nervous system, enabling you to remain grounded amidst external chaos. Notice how your body and mind react to outside influences, and learn to honor your needs while tending to your inner world. Cultivating this awareness allows you to approach the world with clarity and strength, so you can offer meaningful service from a place of balance.
Join us on January 9th for an opportunity to prepare yourself for the challenges and changes ahead. Together, let’s nurture the inner resilience and calm that will guide us through these times.
Join us this New Year’s Eve for a sacred gathering designed to help you pause, reflect, and intentionally step into the year ahead. Together, we will create space to release what no longer serves us, replenish our inner reserves, and transform the energy of the past into fertile ground for new beginnings. Through this intentional practice, we’ll invite fresh intentions to take root and foster a sense of renewal as we prepare for what lies ahead. Please join us in community to mark the turning of the year with purpose and presence.
In recent years, Sound Baths have gained significant popularity as a therapeutic practice. However, The Logos Method sound bath distinguishes itself from the typical sound baths you may encounter. Our approach focuses more on the medicinal aspects rather than the purely musical elements. Those who embrace The Logos Method often report experiencing profound meditative states that surpass the depths achieved in traditional sound baths.
Imagine yourself standing in the heart of a breathtaking redwood grove, surrounded by towering redwood trees that have included Owls, Crows and other wildlife. The air is crisp, carrying the earthy scent of the forest. As you settle into this tranquil space, something magical begins to unfold.
Soft, melodic sounds fill the air, resonating through the grove. The gentle tones of crystal singing bowls, the heart opening native flute, the soothing vibrations of gongs, and the whispers of wind chimes create a symphony of tranquility. The natural acoustics of the redwood grove amplify these sounds, enveloping you in their embrace.
You can feel the stress and worries of everyday life melt away. The combination of nature's presence and therapeutic sounds washes over you, like a gentle wave of serenity. Your mind starts to quiet, and you become fully present in this moment.
As you immerse yourself in the symphony of sounds, a profound sense of relaxation settles within you. It's as if each note is a balm for your soul, easing the tensions that have built up over time. The worries that once consumed your thoughts begin to fade, replaced by a deep sense of calm.
“I had the best night sleep after my session. My back pain is gone and i feel like i’m floating thru my day. I can’t wait to go back.” “A sound bath is sublime.
It requires zero effort to get maximum benefit. Just lie down or sit and let the sound flow in and around you. My body relaxed and my thoughts quieted within the first 5 minutes, and by the end, I felt a deep peace. It filled my inner reservoir and I was able to draw on this peace for days after.”
"The Logos Method reduced my fibromyalgia pain for 5 days! Nothing else has given me this much relief."
"I came in full of anxiety and left grounded as if i had found Home inside me.”

Sound Baths have become very popular in the last few years. The Logos Method sound bath is not like most sound baths. The Logos Method style is more medicinal than musical. People who follow The Logos Method find that this style brings them to a deeper states meditation than most sound baths. This has been the response of many who have attended various Sound Baths.
Dr. Masura Emoto is famous for his experiments with water and sounds. The water changes form when he plays music. Under a microscope, they look completely different. The sound of Mozart makes the water look like a beautiful crystalline pattern and Heavy Metal looks distorted. The cells of our body also react to sounds and the Logos Sound Bath is designed to to entrain heart and mind into harmony with the animating principle pervading the universe. Leaving the mind behind so the vibrations can permeate the cells of our body into coherence. This process targets what is out of balance in your system. Pain, anxiety, frustration, stress, trauma, fear or other various issues. It's not a guarantee...... but many clients of The Logos Method report this method has assisted them with these issues.

Sound has been used in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Sound has the ability to assist us to calm down our nervous system and shift from our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) into our parasympathetic nervous system. Our subtle body acts as memory storage and the sound bath accompanied with breath consciousness can help us reduce what we consciously and unconsciously hold onto, including trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD as well as other mental and physical ailments. Sound can also help us connect to creative ideas and inspirations or tap into altered states of consciousness.
