The Logos Method is ready to support you during this time out and we are ready to bring you new tools for self~care to help you cope and soar ahead. This time out is allowing us to come together as a community and get tuned up from the comfort of our own home.
This course that is designed for you to experience optimum wellness. To assist you to relax and not be reactive to the world around us and ultimately, to envision and create the world you want to live in. Can we use this time we are being given wisely, to find and follow our dreams, find our Soul Goals for this lifetime.
This class will include a 2 specific breathwork practices, group visualization and breath mapping. These practices have medicinal benefits. They have been studied and proven to help people with asthma, COPD, diabetes, anxiety, depression and more. Breath relaxes our sympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve, taking us to a parasympathetic state of being. Rather than be human doings, we are being taken to a place of being. It’s in this place where we find deep silence and connection. We become very present in the moment and it creates the thinnest slice of now. The next step is turning into our intuition and creative imagination to connect to a field of energy called the Matrix. This is where we discover our Soul Goal. What our soul came to accomplish on the planet. We are all here at one of the most profound times any of us have ever faced. The whole world has stopped. It is giving us an opportunity to reset our nervous systems and connect to our true purpose. In the jewish tradition, Tikkun Olam is a jewish tradition that inspires people to know they have a gift to give in "repairing the world." If we are here on the planet right now, we must discover our true purpose, our Soul Goal and start to create #theworldwewanttolivein.
When you open yourself to breath, you make room to find you're calling. I have been studying and practicing testing the new work i’ve learned with individuals and small groups. I am happy to say that this new work is ready to be birthed online.
The month of April we are offering free Intro Group Classes. You can sign up here. You can join a group class or find 4 friends to join you and schedule a fill an existing time or ask for time that works for you.
After we have 50 people who have done the Intro class, we will begin daily guided breath meditations. These meditations will be offered twice a day on Zoom for 10-15 mins each, Tuesday thru Saturday. We will send out a survey to figure out what time of day is best for everyone. Memberships to join for a daily tune up or two are $40, or $15 per week, $5 per day. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
We will envision #theworldwewantolivein. it will be a powerful meditation where we use the power within us to connect to each other and buzz the heck out of our intentional visualization. Quantum Physics has confirmed that when we set an intention into motion, energy moves. When a group does it, it is even stronger.
Humanity is at a crossroads and we are being given a time out. Let’s use that time out to find new ways for self care, learn lessons from our past and tap into what we can do to make a difference in the world. Having a purpose assists will assist us to get thru this difficult time. We have so much to learn about our breath and how it affects our health and the health of the planet. Healing the virus starts with us healing our wounds and psyche. Then we need to remember why we are here and what we can do to help repair the world, Tikun Olam, our Soul Goal.
