In early October I began to dream about having a sound bath in person. That dream was followed by a few past participants asking if i had plans to begin in person events again and letting me know that they really needed to be in the healing vibrations again. The next step was making the dream a reality and so i asked the Church where i now work about using the sanctuary to host Logos.
We have all been through SO much in the last 2+ years. Not just covid but the predecessor to covid, the toxic political environment that hounded us on a daily basis. Our nervous systems by-in large are taxed and many face anxiety, depression and the fear of the unknown. Now more than ever we need avenues that help us heal, helps us find center, guide us to shift back into our parasympathetic nervous systems.
