Excited to announce that the Logos Method Sound Bath will be back in the sanctuary at CCSM on January 9th.
The sound bath is different than a breath workshop we did pre-covid. The sound bath focuses on sound healing and some breath awareness not emotional release breath work. This is designed to balance your chakras and take you on a magical journey of letting go. The result is deep peace which taps you into your parasympathetic nervous system. So many of us are still recovering from all the trauma of covid and the political climate. Now more than ever we need to make sure we find avenues to balance our nervous system. Doors open at 3:30 - Event begins at 4:00pm. Allow time to check in and get seated.
We have 12 spaces for people to lay down, 60 spaces for social distance seating. If you purchase a spot to lay down, bring a yoga mat and sleeping bag or blanket.
