We are excited to make our first trip across the bridge to serve and build our East Bay community.
The session will last 90 mins. 15 min intro - 60 min sound and silence - 15 min to regroup.
Session Details:
Bring: Yoga or camping mat, sleeping bag or blankets, pillow and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes.
Arrive: 7:00 - 7:15 to find parking and get upstairs before we begin at 7:30.
Parking lot or street parking.
