We will be back in SAN MATEO at CCSM in Kloss hall where everyone can laydown on March 14th.

The session will last 90 mins. 15 min intro - 60 min sound and silence - 15 min to regroup.

Session Details:

Bring: Yoga or camping mat, sleeping bag or blankets, pillow and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes.

Arrive: 6:30 - 6:45 to find parking and get in Kloss Hall before we begin at 7:00.

Parking lot or street parking.
